Steve Sisson has been involved in commercial and investment real estate since 1992, when he graduated from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, with a major in finance and economics. He is Vice President of Development at TESCO Properties in Germantown, TN.
Mr. Sisson has extensive success in developing multifamily housing using the FHA-insured 221(d)(4) program. Over the past three years, Steve has completed three significant 221(d)(4) projects in Northwest Arkansas, Memphis and Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and has a fourth project presently underway in Chattanooga.
Mr. Sisson will draw upon his real-world experience, as well as his real estate knowledge, in presenting this seminar.
Mr. Sisson has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, as well as the Certified Property Manager (CPM).
